COUNCIL CHAMBERS, DEC. 24, 1928, 10:00, A. M. Council *et in regular session persuant to adjournment of December 17, 1928, with Mayor Dunlap presiding and Counoilmen DAVIS, DUTTON HOP-MAN, JACKSON AND MUMFORD, i PRESENT. ABSENT: MCCONNEL. 5lse0. BILL NO. 25, BY MCCONYJEL, was read tz= time in full. A motion was made by Mumford, seconded by Dutton, that the rules requiring a bill to be read on three separate days be suspended, and that Hill No. 25 be read the third time in full and placed on its final passage. The Clerk was directed to catl the roll with the following result: AYES: DAVIS, DUTTON ,HOFFMAN, JACKSON AND WWORD. NAPES: NONE. ABSENT: MCCONNEL. Thereupon the Mayor declared the motion carried by the necessary 3/4 majority. On the question as put by the mayor, "Shall Bill No. 25 Pass "? After Bill no. 25 was read the third time in full section by eaotion. The Mayor direoted the clerk to call the roll with the following result: AYEB: DAVIB, DUTTON, HOFFMAN, JACKSON AND MUMFORD. NAYES: NONE: ABSENT: MCCONNEL. Thereupon the Idayor declared the motion oartied and Bill Do. 26 new became Ordinance no. 460, and the mayor and Clerk signed and approved same. The Clerk was directed to cause same to be published in the Ualdwell News - Tribune the official newspaper for the City of Caldwell, Idaho, and record same in the Book of Ordinances. BILL NO. 28, BY DUTTON, WAS READ THE 9E901MINE IN FULL. A motion was made by Hoffman, seconded by Davis, that the rules requiring a bill to be read on three asperata days be suspended and Bill No. 28 be read the third time in full and placed on its final passage. Thereupon the 49ayor deolared the motion carried and Bill No. 28 now became Ordinance No. 462. The Mayor and Clerk signed and approved same. The Clerk was directed to have said Ordinance published in the Caldwell Newa- Tribune the official newspaper for the City of Caldwell, Idaho, and record same in the Book of Ordinances. Thereupon the iaayor declared the motion carried by the Necessary 3/4 majority, and bill No. 27 was read the third time in full section by section, and on the question as put by the mayor, "Shall Dill No. 27. Pass"? The clerk was directed to call the roll with the following result: AYES: DAVIS, DUTTON, ROFFMAN, JACKSON AND =ORD. NAYES: NONE. ABSENT: 1aCCONNPL. Thereupon the Mayor declared the motion carried and Bill No. 27 now became Ordinance No. 464. The Mayor and 6lerk signed and approved same and the Clerk was diredted to cause same to be published in the Caldwell News- Tribune the official newspaper for the 0ity of Caldwell, Idaho, and be recorded in gook of Ordinances.
