ID., mountain Standard Time, is hereby fixed anddetermined as the time the Vayor and Council of the lity of Caldwell, shall meet as a Boa d of Correction to review and correct assessments as provided by statute, that at such time the L4ayor and Council shall meet at the City Nall in the Citp of Cal::n:ell, Canyo:. Go;nty, Idahn, the legal place of meeting of said Mayor and Oo:incil, for said purpose, and shall continue from day to d.V in session, so long as may be necessary, not exceeding three days, exclusive of holidays and Sunday, and the Clerk of said City is hereby instructed and directed to give proper notice by Pulbication in the official newspaper of the City of Caldwell, Idaio, of the time, place and purpose of such meeting, as provided by law. IT IS P'URTHGR ORDE".W, and this doesORDER, that within rive days after the P.tayor and 1 -ouncil of the City of Caldwell shall have adjo,rnpd as a Board of Correction, the City Clerk shall complete the Assessment, Rooks and certify the same, and deliver said books to the City Treasurer of the pity of Caldwell, who shall publish a notice in the official newspaper of said City, that the assessments hareih levied shall be due and payable on or before the 15th day of - arch, 1947, and that such notice shall be so pub - I lished twice, at intervals of not less than six clays, and to be in the manner and forma 9 provided by law. Inresponse to Roll Call upon s aid motion, Council men voting +vAyel+ were: Sloop ,ldason, olesen, Burrell, Thornock ,c IrcNeill, "Nay"" None, Absent and not voting: None. Thereupon the Sayor declared the motion carried and the R solution adopted.
