Hoyal Insurance Policy NO. A 83818, insuring the Fire aruok for a term of
one year from December 4th., 1918, in the sum of `7000.00, premium $87.50, Fred Uitchell,
Agent, was presented, and upon motion of Sanberg, second Dickons, same was accepted and
ordered placed on file.
Council goes on record to provide sewerage for packing* plant.
In the matter of sewerage for the proposed packing plant, which had been
presented by 1,1r. John Smeed, at last meeting of City Council, it was voted upon motion
of Councilman Mitchell, that the Council go on record as advising 11r. Smeed, that the
City would provide sewerage for packing plant, if serno vaere established here.
Appointment : °J S.jZaxey, ;ity I'lerk and Police Judge.
The mayor announced the appointment of h:r. 'Ri.. :�. Trlaxey, as city Clerk and
aoliee Judge, to fill out the unexpired term of S. Ben Dunlap, resigned.
A motion was made by 0,u:,oilman Sitchell, seconded Dickens, that the appoint-
ment be confirmed. The roll being called on the motion, the vote resulted:
Ayes - Dickens, Amos J. Xiller, Mitchell and Sanberg -4.
Pd €,yes- ldone.
Absent -F. ii. Miller, .lard -2.
The 1dayor Lnnounced the motion carried and the appointment confirmed.
