Councilmen Feuling,Harmon, Kimbrough,Mumford, & Wheeler, present,and Robb, absent. It w s voted on motion of Harmon, seconded by Feuling, that the Mayor appoint a Committee of two torepo back at the next meeting, concerning the request of Wm. Bills, Representative of the Continents Oil Co. for more business. The Mayor appointed Kimbrough & Fouling. Normal reported that a tentative contract with the P.I.D, in regard to the City's taking over the dietri ution of the Irrigation within a certain ildrtion was of the City, as outlined in the Contract, ad been secured. It was voted on motion of Feuling, seconded by Wheeler,that the report of the comiittea be accepted and the Committee be continued. Res lution N0.5 by Harmon, was presented: Whema , it has been made to appear to the Mayor and City Council,that the Pioneer Irrigation District mLintaine and operates a portion of their irrigation system within the oorpoeate limits of the said C ty of Caldwell,Idaho, and, Whereas the maintenance and operation pf said system by the Pioneer Irrigation Distriot causes an overlaying of work by and between said District and said City, and causes a condition to arise which is n t for the best interest of all ooncernwd, and, SPRINKLING FUND 37 Prod Roes Salary 115.00 38 award Cooper Co. County. Idaho, thatthe City of Caldwell enters into said contract and agreement with the aid pioneer Irrigation District, and that the Mayor and City Clerk of said City be and they arl hereby authorized and instructed to sign sand agreement for and on behalf off said City of•Caldwel . It was voted on motion of Kimbrough, seconded by Wheeler. that the Mayor and Council adopt the above Resolution. It was voted on motion of wh�.oler, seconded by Mumford, that the City cancel its share of the 1921 delinquent tax together with penalty and interest on the property desoribed as Zots 1. 3 both inolusive of Block 7 Golden Gate Addition to Caidwe11,' stand ing in the name of C.P.Bdggerst ff.
