The Council met in adjourned session pursuant to law with Mayor
IRtonnel presiding, and'COUncilmen Bollman, D;okabs, Gordon, Johns, Leighty
and Sandmeyet, present, Absent None. _
Owing to the absence of the City Clerk the Mayor appointed Mi. W. 0.
Dyer Acting Clerk and announced that the Council was in session for the
consideration Of any business which might lawfully come before it.
Mr.: W. E. Tatum asked for street light on the Corner of 10th and
Elgin Streets. Motion by Bollmen seoonded by Johns that a light be placed
at above corner and Clerk be instructed to notify the Idaho Power Company,
Motion carried.
Motion by Johns asoonded by Sandmeyer that Oounoil edjou=izto

Mr. 'Aden Hgde, President of the Caldwell Chamber of Commeroe, Mr.
R. C. Pasley, representing the ORdwell Retail,Merchants Association. and Mr.
J. R. Brown, Manager of the Dairymen Go- operative Creamery of Boise Valley,
appeared before the Council and urged that the Council create a local improve.
ment district for the purpose of construoting'a sewer system-to-afford sewerage
connections for the new creamery building under construction by the Dairymen

project it was agreed by xr. J. R. Brown, on behalf of the Dairymen's Go-
