On Roll Call the following Councilmen answered present: Thurlow Bryant, F. E. lawman, Floyd Blunt, E.E. Prasher and C. 0. VcDcnn0l. Abaant: Wilbur Dakan. The Mayor declared the motion had passed by the ecessary three - fourths ma�arity E nd directed the Clerk to read Bill No ll,.the second time by title and the third time in full, section by section. The Clerk read the Bill as irected. The question then being "Shall Bill No 11, pass ?" Thereupon the Mr,yor declared Bill No 11, had passed and the Mayor in open session f the Council duly signed And approved the Bill, and the Clark duly signed and attested he same which became Ordinance 584. The Mayor directed the Clerk to make proper entry of he same and to cause Ordinance No 584, to be published in the Caldwell News - Tribune, the fficial newspaper of the City of Caldwell, Idaho. ` Matter of assignment of Airport Lease was discussed. It was voted upon motion of Blunt, seconded by Bryant that the Mayor be requested o investigate the static of the lease and If the arrangement seemed satisfactory, he be uthorized to consent thereto on behalf of the City by execution of a written consent. otinn carried. 14otidn by McDannel, seconded by Fresher that the City of Caldwell donate $500 per year, payable monthly, toward the salary of the Civilian Defense Secretary, Aldo, office room in the City Fall.
