The Council met pursuant to Call and Acknowledgement of Notice in the follpwing form:

We, the undersigned, Mayor and members of the City Council of the
City of Caldwell, Idaho, doeach herby acknowledge notice of a special meet-
ing of said City Council to be held at the council chambers in the City Hall
in the City of Caldwell, Idaho, at the hour of 8100 otclock P. M., on the
266th day of December, 1946, for the transaction of all business in connection
with the following object= Introduction of Bills Numbers 22, 23 and 24,
which ob ect has been submitted to each of the undArsigned,in writing

for the year 1947

WHEREAS, This is the time provided by statute for levying an assessment of the necessary funds
