Negative; None, Absent a nd not voting; None. The Mayor declared the emotion had passed
by the necessary thrsefourths ms,jority and directed the Clerk to read Hill No 33 the
second time by title and the third time in full, section by section. The Clerk read the
Bill as directed. The question being "Shall Bill No 33, pass ?" The Mayor directed the Cle k
f to call the roll on the above question which resulted as fbllowa; Those voting in the
affirmative were: Bryant, Daksn, Newman', Prasher, Blunt and McrDamne'i. Ner*stive: None.
Absent and not voting; None.
Thererpnn the M declared Bill No 33, had passed and the mayor in open sess5pn
of the Council duly signed and approved the Bill, and the Clerk duly signed and attested
the same which became Ordinance No 622. The Mayor directed the Clerk to make proper entry
of the same and to muse Ordinance No 622 to be published in the Caldwell News Tribune the
official newspaper of the City of Caldr✓jl, Idaho.
Moved by Blunt, seconded by Prasher, that the City p gasoline from the
tank wag6ns at 1 cent less then tank wagon price and that the purchase of gasoline be
rotated among the different gasoline dealers. Motioncerried.
Thore being no further business to coma b afore the Council it w,s moved by Mt-
Debnel, seconded by 7rnhser that Council adjourn, Motion .married.

siding.
on Roll Call the following Councilmen answered present; ThurlowBryant, F, E,
Newman, Floyd P,lunt, F.,F,Frasher, C� 0, PRcD Absent; Wilbur Dakan.
The Mayor informed the Council t)-is was the time set by law for filing the
Assessment Roll of the Caldwell ?Tunicipal Irrigation System.
The Assessment Roll was filed by the City Clerk.
Application for Beer License wrR read from Wm Milliner, the fee accompanying
the application.
Moved by Blunt, secnndod by 7rasher that this license be granted. Motion car
Moved by Newman, seconded by McDAnnel that Council adjourn to mest December
1942,-at L;DO o'clock P. M. "notion carried.
