Westoott,of Sidewalk Committee,recommended not building the sidewalk from the corner 18th & Fillmrre to Linden St.It was voted on motion of Oake4 that the report of the Comm be accepted. Bill NO.IO was read for the second time. C.E.Macey,State Welfare Director, D.G. W.S.Masey,Earl Vandeventer and others dkeousead the bill at some length -b no action wa taken. F.P.Kipp- presented a petition asking to obhnge Blook 107 Goandii Addition to Caldwell lots to a parcel of land. No action was taken in the matter. Westoott,of Investigating Committee,' on determining whether or not Hasbrouck should b to repair the building at 214 So.Kimball,reported that�the building was more than 64 da and recommended that the building be not repaired, according to Section b.Ordinance #28 reads as follows: "Any existing frame building within the fire limits,! which may hereaf be damaged by fire,deoay,or otherwise to an amount greater than one half of its present exclusive of the a000modation,ahall not be repaired or rebuilt, -buf shall be removed ". It was votefl on motion of Rowland that the report of the Committee be accepted.
