COUNCIL OHAMBERS, DECEMBER 7, 1931

Th^ Regular Monthly meeting of the City Council met in the Council Rooms with
the Mayor, Fred L. Lilly, presiding.
On Roll Cali, the following Councilmen answered present: M. S. Sandmeyer, A. G
Keister, C. E. Bales, Joe Dickens, C. M. Johnston and E. L. Vassar.
The following Bills were read and on motion made by Bales and seconded by Vassar
that these bills be allowed and Warrants were ordered paid on the various amounts, all of
which had been approved by the Chairman of the Finance Committee:

A. E. Price of Boise, through the City Treasurer, asked that the Council might canoe:
the Sprinkling Taxes on Lots 8, 9 and 10, Block 13, Arlington Addition.
Moved by Johnston and seconded by Bales that the Council cancel the Sprinkling
Taxes prior,to the year 1931 on the above Lots. a3.
