Haym84, Moore, Sutton and Westoott.

an motion of Dunlap eeoonddd by Hayman the matter of error in yardage on
sidewalks was referred to Street Committee # with power to act.
on motion off Dunlap seconded by Moore the street Committee was instructed
to investigate bridge across Roswell Ditch with power to act.
Ordinance Ho.36E entitled;
An ORDIJAHOE amending Fire Ordinance was read the first time and on motion of
Dunlap and seconded by Feulling that the rule requiring the reading of an ordinance
on these separate dates be suspended and the Ordinance read the second time by title
and the third time in fall and placed on its final passage, on roll being called on the
motion the vote was. Ayes; Dunlap, peuling, Hayman, Moore, Sutton, and Wescott;
Hayes -,None.
The 0lark thereupon read the Ordinance the second time by title and the
third time in full and the Mayor stated the Ordinance stood for final passage and on-
nounoed the queetton, shill Ordinance 358 pass? the vote was Ayes; Dunlap, Fouling,
Hayman, Moore, autton,and Wescott. Hayes; none. The Mayor announced that the motion
had carried by more than the necessary three fourths, signed same and the clerk was
Instructed to make proper entry and cause same to be published in the Caldwell Hews
the official paper of Caldwell. Idaho.
Ordinance Ho. 353 entitled;
AN ORDI9AMCE amending Section 14 Of Ordinance 165 fixing the silary of the City Engineer
was read the first time and Motion made by Dunlap seconded by Hayman that the rule re-
quiring the reading of an ordinanoe on three separate dates be suspended and the Ordinane
read the seoond time by title and the third time in fall and placed on its final pas-
sage, on roll being oalled on the motion the vote was, Ayes; Dunlap, Fouling, Hayman,I
moors Button and Wescott. Hayes; Hone.
Tho'Clerk thereupon read the Ordinance the second time by title and the
third time in fall and the Mayor stated the Ordinance stood for final passage and an-
nounoed the question, shall Ordinance Ho. 353 pass? the vote was Ayes; Dunlap. Fouling,
Hayman, Moore, Sutton and Wescott. Sayes; Bone. The Mayor announced that the motionhad
carried by more than the necessary three fourths, signed same and the Clerk was instruoti
to make proper entry and cause$ same to be published in the Caldwell Hews the official
paper of Caldwell'Idsho.
The Mayor appointed F.H.MoConnell City Engineer to succeed E.L.Lockwood
and on Motion of burlap seconded by Hayman game was nnanamously confirmed.
Motion by Wescott Council adjourned.
