It was voted on motion of gimbrough, seconded by Mumford, that the Mayor appoint a Committee of three with power to eat on the matter. So the Mayor declared the bill had passed and now became Ordinance #378. Tt was voted on motion of Bollman, seconded by Rowland, that the Council would not ohange the epee& limit for O.S.L.trains within the City Limits, owing to the numerous socidents at 22nd.Ave.. The City Attorney was instructed to write the 0. Officials and request a n cotton to fix all. R.R.Crossings within the City limits.
