Mayor presiding, the following councilmen were present; Dickens, Dunlap,
Hayman Moore anti Sutton.
The mayors call rags read as follows;

Dear Sir;
You are horeb;; requested to call U sne,;ial mectins of the
City Coujcil of the city of Caldwell, Idaho to be held in the council
room of the city hall in said city on the evening of December 4, 1919 at
the hour of seven o' clod. 1 . .

event that the council deems it uaeessc:ry or advisable to have such an
officer.
