The Regular Monthly Meeting of the City Council met in the Council Room of the City Hall, with the Mayor, Dnery L. Vassar, presiding. On Roll Call the following Councilman answered present: Edgar L. Oakes, W.S. Boynton, C.E.Bales, G. Montgomery, G. M. Fenrieh and W.R. Hollingsworth. Absent: None. The Minutes of November 5th, 7th, 10th and 22nd were read and approved as read. W. T. Kimbrough and Fred Miller appeared before the Council and stated that the Merchants Association would decorate the streets for the holidays and asked that the City pay for the lights. Moved by Montgomery, seconded by Oakes that $23.00 be allowed for these lights. Motion carried. Mr. A.D. Engle appeared before the Council and asked permission to move a build ing from the Goldsmith Service Station to the vacant lot between.the Caldwell Forwarding Co., and the News - Tribune., The Mayor requested the Building Inspector to investigate thi matter. The Clerk read nffidavit of Publication of Bill No. 3. Moved by Hollingsworth, seconded by Montgomery that the Mayor andCity Engineer ��� lv, be authorized to represent the City at the Meeting in Seattle of The Northwesterli S hies Planning Board. Motiln carried. The Bills for November were read and on motion by Montgomery, seconded by Fenrl that these bills be allowed and Warrants be ordered drawn for the 11arious amounts all .of which had been approved by the Chairman of the Finance Committee, Motion carried.
