IN Council met in regular session with layor,Dunlap presiding, and Councilmen DAVIS, DUTTOR,,HOFFMAN, JACKSON, MCCONNEL AND MUMFORD, present. ABSENT: NONE. Frank E. Meek repesenting a committee from the American Legion, appeared be- fore the Council asking that the city make some allowenoe on delinquent taxes on their lots in the block east of the Oity Hall. Mr. Meek was asked to present a statement showing the exact amount of the different assessments for each year delinquent and the Oounoil would then be in a position to act on the matter. B. J. Minidy representing the Texamo Oil Company presented a blue print showing a standard filling station which his company was building, and as he stated would nodoubt build on the tkw proposed site an corner of ximbell Avenue and dleveland Boulevard if Permission was granted to build a station. Similar stations were costing from 44000.00 to 46000.00. The dounoil was inclined to have plans and specifications presented be- fore action was taken on granting the permit. the 91ty Attorney was instructed to draw an ordinsnoe /'thee. four lot. in the Fire Limits in,the event the station would be erected. J. B. Curtis asked for an adjustment of delinquent taxes on two lots situated on the northeast corner of &imball and Belmont streets. IN Council met in regular session persuant to adlournmeht of December 3, 1928, with Mayor Dunlap presiding and Councilmen DAVIS,DUTTON, HOFFMAN, JACKSON, MCCONNEL AND MUMFORD, PRESENT. ABSONT: NONE. The mayor appointed T. N. Dryden as Night Policemen, at a salary of $40.00 per month. It was voted on motion of button, seconded by Hoffman, that the appointment of T. N.
