COUNCIL CHAMBERS, DEC.IST,1924.
The Council met in regular sesaicn,Dae.let,1924 at 8 P.M. with Mayor Smeed, presiding,
Minutes of previous session were read and approved on motion of Mhmford, seconded by Wheeler.
'JAmotion was made by Kimbrough, seconded by Fouling, that offer 6f Childs Bond and Mor gage Co.,
for refunding $67,000.00 of General Obligations be aocepted and Mayor and City Clerk be authorized
to execute proper contract for the same. The roll was called with the following result.

NAYESAND ABSENT : NONE. 80 the Mayor decla -ed the motion had carried.
It was voted on motion of Wheeler, seconded by Harmon, that Depositary Banks for Oitr Funds
be no longer required to furnish Surety Bonds, but in lieu thereof'furnish security aces table
to the Finance Committee.
F.F.Horne,Grand Secretary, of the Grand Lodge of Oda Fellows of the Jurisdiction
appeared before the Council and requested a Building Permit for Secreterya building on
and 20, Block 19, Original Townsite aeoroding to plans and specifications submitted.Af
ation of the same a motion was made by Peuling, seconded by Robb, that L.M.Porter be i
to grant a permit tothe Grand Lodge of Odd Fellows, Jurisdiction of Idaho, for a Boors
