Council met in special session pursuant to Mayors oall.
Mayor Ward presiding, the following Councilmen were present;
Dunlap. Fouling, Hayman, Moore Sutton and Westoott.

City Counoil for Wednesday December let. 1920 at 8 o'clock P M
for the purpose of passing Paving Ordinances and Funding Bond
Ordinance, also to consider the change A time to oonform to
,the day -light saving plan.

Ordinance No 349 entitled,
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUE AND PRESCRIBING
THE FORM OF TWENTY # THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS (#23600.)
OF FUNDING BONDS OF THE CITY OF CALDWELL AND PROvID=
ING FOR A TAX TO PAY THE SAME. was read the first time
Motion made by Dunlap and seconded by Fouling that rule requiring
the reading of an ordinance on three separate dates be suspended and that the
Ordinance be read the second time by title and the third time in full and
placed on its final passage, on the roll being called on the motion the vote
was; Ayes Dunlap, Fouling, Hayman, Moore Sutton Westoott. Hayes None
The Clark thereupon read the Ordinance the second time by title and the third
time in full and the Mayor announced that the Ordinance stood for final paq'eage
and anaounoed the question shall ordinance No 349 pass? the vote was;
Ayes, Dunlap, Fouling, Hayman, Moore Sutton Weatoott. F y e; none
The Mayor announced that the motion had carried by more t the necessary

AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUE

CITY OF CALDWELL. IDAHO.AND PROVIDING FOR THE FORM AND DETAILS
OF SUCH BONDS. WAS READ THE FIRST TIME? -
Motion made by Dunlap seconded by Fouling that the rule requiring

Motion made by Dunlap and seconded by Fouling that the rule requiring
the reading of an ordinance on three separate dates be suspended and
the Ordinance read the Second time by title and the third time in full

Nayes none.
The Clerk thereupon read the ordinance the second time by title
and the third time in tall and the Mayor sated the ordinance stood for

Aayes none. The Mayor announced that the motion had carried by more
than the necessary three fourths, signed same and the clerk was instruc-

News the official paper of Caldwell, Idaho.
RESOULITION BY FEULING,
Resolved that it is the sense of the City Council of Caldwell,
Idaho, that Mountain time be established as the time of this locality
on and after Dec. 4, 1920
Motion by Fouling aeoonded that some be adopted,
Ayes. Dunlap, Falling, Hayman, Moore Button. Hayes Westoott.
Motion by Button Council adjourn
