suit agaijist the city an8 the mayor appointed Ha;nuan, Dunlap and Peuling a
committee to confer with LIr Stone and his client regardia� same.
The City „ttorney was Lnstratictoa to dray: an ordinance coverint the
handling of garbage.
On motion of Dunlap Paconded by - Dickens seconded by !euli.ng the
proposition of ::Ir I,.c''herson representing John L Price and Cc was accepted .
for the sale of approximately :20,000.00 Paulding Bonds and the l:ayor and
Clerk authorized to enter into contract with above 'firm for same.

The City Attorney and -nginezr were instructed to investigate the
width of Indian Creek and draw up Ordinance cowering same.
The iiayor appointed Dickens :0euling and L:oore a committee to confer Tit
with the Png'ine.r and Cleric and to formulate ordinance covering' the construct ion
of concrete ditches by the Pioneer Irrigation Dist.
