M or. 0.47 City Clerk. COUNCIL CHAMBERS, NOVEMBER 29, 1938. 8;00 P.M. Pursuant to a djournment of November 14th., the Council met in the c ouncil Room of the City Hall, with the Nsyor, W. R. Holling,sworth,presiding. On Roll Call the following Councilmen answered present: Edgar L. Oakes, F. D. Mumford, G. M. Fenrich, W.E. Babcock, Norvil T, Hinds and W. H. Odle. The Mayor appointed Councilman Odle as Chairman of the Park Committee, member 1 the Cemetery Committee and member of the Park Commission. Moved by Babcock, s econded by Fenrich that these appointments be confirmed. Motion carried. Fire Chief, Doyle Fenderasked the City to purcha =e a fire mask for the Fire Department. This matter was left up to the Finance Committee and the Fire Committee. Thereupon Councilman Oakes; introduced Bill No 6, Proposed Ordinance Number entitled: I� 14 SH ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF A POLICE JUDGE OF THE CITY OF CALDWELL, FIXING HIS SALARY AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS �r ORDINANCES IN CON- FLICT THEREWITH, which was read for the first tine and the Council proceeded to a consideration of Bill- No. 6. There being no further business to come before the Council it was moved by Oakes seconded by Fenrich, that Council adjourn.' Motion carried. - Mayor. City Clerk. The Minutes of November 7th., 14th., and 29th., were read and a ppi'oved as read. The Bills for November were read and on motion byMumford, seconded by Babcock that these Bills be allowed and Warrants be ordered drawn for the various amotnts all of which had been approved by the Chairman of the Finance Committee.
