A RESOLUTION CANCELLING TH2 FOLLO°.'ING ASSESSMENTS To THE CITY OF CALD: °JELL. LEVIED AND ASSESSED AGAINST THE WEST 100 FEET OF LOT 3 IN BLACK 12, WASHINGTON HEIGHTS STEUNENBERG & HAND'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF CALDIELL, CANYON COUNTY, IDAHO FOR THE FOLL071ING YEARS TO -WITi WFE- RF,aS, theri- AppeaAm to have been assessed by the City of Caldwell, Idaho, against the following described property, to -wit' The .Rest One Hundred {(100) feet to Lot 7hree(3), in Block Twelve (12), 'Hashing -I� ton Heights, SteunenberC I Hand's Addition to the City of Caldwell, Carryon County, Idaho the following assessments for the following years, to -wits Local Improvement District No.9, Curb and Gutter for the years 1930 to 1939, both inclusive, in which said District all bonds have been paid. Caldwell on October 9, 19441 is NOVA, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the City of Caldwell that said assess- •I 1 ,menta above mentioned levied or assessed against said premises for said years above mentioned, together with penalty aid interest thereon, be and the same hereby are cancelled; AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVEr that the City Treasurer of the City of Caldvell, Idaho, shall be and hereby is authorized and directed to cancel on the records of the City of Caldwell all of said assessments P labove mentioned for said year above enumerated which appear upon the records of the City of Caldwell as d liens against said premises, and to file with the Clerk of Canyon County, Idaho, a certified copy of this Resolution.
