Council meet in regular session, with President of the Council, Y. Grant Zard, presiding, present, Councilmen Dickens, Amos J. Miller, F. R. Miller, iiitohell and Sanberg, City Clerk, S. Ben Dunlap, when the following business was transacted: Petition of W.F.Howard, et -al, extension of water mains. Petition of W. P. Howard, et -al dated November 27th., 1918, for extension of water main south on Kimball Avenue, was read and referred to the Superintendent of dater Works for investigation and report. John Emeed, , ewerage at Stook Yards. Mr. John Smeed appeared and requested information relative sevierage at the stock yards. Metter referred to Councilmen Amos J. Miller, Sanberg and City Lngineer. Crossings over C.S.L and B.V.Traetion lines. Mr. 1Ralter Griffiths appeared and requested that the Council require the O.S.L. to build the necessary fill on the highway cohere the same crosses the railroad right of way, on the Tormahip line, between townships three and Sour. lie stated that fill was necessary as approach to new bridge, which City and County and roe ntly built. He also requested that the Raise Valley 'Traction Compaiiy be required to build a crossing over their right of way, on the highway betlaeen erections 35 and 36. It was voted upon motion of Councilman Mitchell, that the City tittorney be instructed to notify the railroad companies aforesaid, to comply with the requests of Mr. Griffiths.
