Monday November 22, 1909, Council met: in regular session pursuant to ad-
journment with Mayor Gowen, presiding, and Councilmen Clark., Devers, Farrar, Gartin,
Gipson, Paynter, present; Shorb, Clerk.
The Mayor Lives notice of the veto bV him, of Bill No. 23 by Gartin and pass
the Council November 8, 1909, entitled, "An Ordinance to regulate the building of
sidewalks and crossin;s in the City of Caldwell, Idaho, and repealing Ordinance No.
62 of the City of Caldwell, Idaho, entitled, "An Ordinance to regulate the building
of sidewalks and crossinLs in the City of Caldwell," passed and approved by the Mayor
and Council of said city on the 11th da,; of September, 1905, for tie reason that

make the bill as passed practically inoperative.
The assessment roll of Improvement District No. 1 having been filcl;d with t3te

Committee to report at the next meeting
Voted, on motion of Devers, that the M. F., Church be allovdd use of Blaine
Street during building operations.
