Dr. Holberg appearedbefore the Council and stated that a sign which he had

Kings Wrecking House had bean injured and destroyed by 91. P. A. Workers

missions when they were not working. It is the opinion of the City Attorney

The Mayor then appointed Mr. Harvey Odle, as Councilman, for the second
ward .
Moved by MumfOrd, seconded by Fenrich, that this appointment be confirmed .
A Yea and Nay vote was had thereon with the following result:
Yea: Oakes, Mumford, Fenrich, Babcock and Hinds.
Nay: None,
Absent and not voting; Boynton.
Thereupon the Mayor declared the motion carried and the appointment
confirmed.

The City Council met pursuant to a published notice for the purpose 6f-hearing
protests to the proposed amendments of the Zoning Ordinance with the Mayor 91.R. Hollings-
worth presiding.'
On Roll Call the following Councilmen andwered present: Edgar L. Oakes, F.D.
Mumford, G, Y. Fenrich, W. L . Babcock. Absent.- Norvil T; Hinds and V. F. Odle.
M. D. Riner and Gordon Gipson appeared before the Mayor and Council and asked
that the proposed Zoning Ordinance be changed so as to include certain property in the
weet and of town which had heretofore been included in "B" Zone be included in !'A" Zone
and property heretofore included In "Unrdstricted '- Zone be included in - 'B - ' Zone,
Mr. Hinds entered and was marked present,
Mr. Odle entered and was marked present.
There being no further business to comebs£ore the Council it was moved by Oakes,
seconded by Odle that Council adjourn to meet November 29, 1938, at B:00 o'clock P.M.
Notion carried.

Pursuant to adjournment of November 14th., the Council met in the U ouncil Room
of the City H with the Mayor, W. R. Hollino3worth,presiding,
On Roll Call the following Councilmen answered present: Edgar L. Oakes, F. D.
Mumford, G, M, Fenrich, W,E, Babcock, Norvil T. Hinds and W. H. Odle.
The Mayor appointed Councilman Odle as Chairman of the Park Committee, member of
the Cemetery Committee and member of the Park Commission.
Moved by Babcock, a econded by Fenrich that these appointments be confirmed.
Motion carried.
Fire Chief, Doyle Fenderasked the City to purchase a fire mask for the Fire
Department. This matter was left up to the Finance Committee and the Fire Committee.
Thereupon Councilman Fenrich, introduced Bill No. 5, Proposed Ordinance Number
