ment with Mayor Griffiths, presiding, and Councilmen Adam, Bardsley, Zah, present;
Shorb, Clerk.
I I Petition of Mrs. C. S. Coon et, al, praying tLat a cement sidewalk be con -

structed along Everett, St. from Tenth Avenue to the Washington school was read and,
on on motion of Zeh, referred to the street committee for investigation and report.
The Mayor appointed Fred N. Harrington as councilmen from the Third ward
for the unexpired term of Thos. E. Walker, whereupon, on motion of Adam, the appoint-
ment was confirmed.
G. Ii Fuller was api by the Council to investigate the road roller,
compare it with the specifications and make an independent report. to the City Council,
Voted, on motion of Bardeley, that Council adjourn until Monday November
18, 1912 at 7130 P.M.
