$egular adjourned meeting of the City Council Mayor Ward presiding,
Councilmen Present; Dickens, Dunlap, Fouling. Hayman Moore and Sutton.
T$e following resolution by Dickens was read and on motion of Dunlap
seconded by Fouling was unanamously adopted same to take effect at once;
RESOLUTIOIT BY DICMTS.
;ARE S, It appearing that the teamsters and contractors
who have been hauling sand and gravel from the deposit owned by the City of
Caldwell have made no effort to keen the road in repair and,
WfMiELS, This deposit should be a source of revenue to tho city
instedd of an expense.
BE IT RESOLVED, that in the fututo there be a fixed charge for each
and every load of gravel or sand taken from said grounds and be it futther
:'ESOLTTED, That the street committee be and are hereby empowered to
fence and loo's if necessary and to place a responsible party in charge of same an
also fix the price at which said sand and gravel shall be sold.
On motion Ilayman seconded by Dunlap the price on the above was fixed a

The 3iayor announced that the ordinance had carried by more than

of the City of Caldwell, Idaho.
The I.Tayor announced the appointment of Dr F II Bole as City

Dickens the appointments were confirmed.
On motion Dunlap seconded by Sutton the 3tre Committea were
given power to make necessary repairs on "imball Stre.:t Tridge.
On motion Dunlap seconded by Sutton the Clerk was instructed to
notify Thrd'7arren Construction Co and J H Forbes thct signal lights
must be maintained at all places where there was any danger to traffic.
The dity attorney was instructe - to draft Bond for all the City
Banks wherein City moneys were placed on deposit.

The bond of Hales ryas presented and on annroval of the City
Attorney same vices accepted.
The L'ayor announced the appointment of Coancilmen Dickens,
Fouling and Dunlap as a committee to take up the matter of Drainage
of the .North side with the Pioneer irrigation District add the U ti '.i S.
