A Special Meeting of the City Council met in the Council Room with the Mayor,
W. R. Hollingsworth, presiding,

On Roll Call the following Councilmen answered present. Edgar L, Oakes, W. s.
Boynton, W.E. Babcock, F. D. Mumford, G. M. Fenrich and Norvil T. Hinds. Absent: None.
Mr. R. W. Stout appeared before the Mayor and Council and asked permission to
take out some t r.-es at Curtis Park for the wood. This matter was referred to the Chief
� of Police.
t Mr. Boynton was excused from Council,
Bill No 8, proposed Ordinance No 545, was read for the third time. The ques-
tion then being FZhdll Bill NO 8 pass ?" The Mayor directed the Clerk to call the roll
on the above question which resulted as follows: j Those votingin theaffirmative: Mumford
Oakes, Fenrich, Babcock and Hinds. Negative: None. A not voting: Boynton.
Thereupon, the Mayo Bill No 8, had passed andAayor in open session of the Coun-

the Clark to make proper entry of the same and to c ause Ordinance No. 545, to be published
in the Caldwell Nwws- Tribune, the official newspaper of the City of Caldwell, Idaho.
There being no further business to appear before the Council it was moved by
Oakes, seconded by Hinds that Council adjourn. Motion carried.
