M The Regular Monthly Meeting of the city council met in the Council Rooms, with the Mayor, Fred L. Lilly, presiding. On Roll call the following Councilmen answered present: M. S. Sandmeyer, 0. E. The pity Council and Mayor having determined by resolution that it is for the beet interests of the pity of Caldwell, Idaho, that certain real property; hereinafter described, not acquired or used as a public park, playground or public building site, and not needed for municipal purposes, be sold,at private sale on the 219t. day of November 19; NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the City of.Caldwell, Idaho, w112 sell at privat gale, in the City Hall in -the City of Caldwell, Idaho, at the hour of eight o'clock P.
