The Regular Monthly Meeting of
the city council met
in the Council Rooms, with
the Mayor, Fred L. Lilly, presiding.
On Roll call the following Councilmen answered present: M. S. Sandmeyer, 0. E.
Bales, 0. M. Johnston, Joe Dickens and
E. L. Vassar. Absent, A. G. Keiater.. -

as read.

The Clerk read Resolution No. 1 5, by Bales as follows;
A RESOLUTION GIVING NOTICE TO SELL REAL PROPERTY BELONGING TO-THE CITY OF
CALDWELL, IDAHO, AT PRIV&TE BALE.
The pity Council and Mayor having determined by resolution that it is for the
beet interests of the pity of Caldwell, Idaho, that certain real property; hereinafter
described, not acquired or used as a public park, playground or public building site, and
not needed for municipal purposes, be sold,at private sale on the 219t. day of November 19;
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the City of.Caldwell, Idaho, w112 sell at privat
gale, in the City Hall in -the City of Caldwell, Idaho, at the hour of eight o'clock P. M.
on the 21st. day of November, 1932, the following described real estate, to -wit;
Beginning at.a oint which is South sixteen (16) degrees and
fifty -three (53) minutes west and 457.5 feet from the North-
east (NE) corner of Section Twenty -two (22), Township.Four (4),
North of Range Three (3) West of the Boise Meridian; thence
South forty 40) degrees and twenty -seven (27) minutes east 152.5 feet
to a point oZ the east line of Indiana Avenue; thence North
aeventy -nine degrees and thirty -five (35) minutes west 196.6
feet; thence north forty -nine degrees (49) and thirty -three
(33) minutes east 123.9 feet to the point of beginning, and
containing 0.22 of an sore more or lees, all in the City of
daldwell,,Gdunty of Canyon, State of Idaho.

On Roll Call, the following Oounoilmen voted in favor of the above motion: Sand -
meyer, Bales, Johnaton,.Diokens and Vassar. Those opposed, None. Absent and riot voting,

Whereupon, the Mayor declared the above Resolution adopted.
Moved by Johnston and seconded by Vassar that this,Oouncil stand adjourned, on
