Counoilg.,Bollman,Simbrough, Mumford, and Oakes,present, and Councilmen Rowland and

It gas moved by Bollman, seconded by Oakee,i that we approve the Bond of Morrison.

The council met is regular session with "ayor Miller,'prosiding,; Councilmen, Bollman,
Kimbrough,!Mumford,' Oakes, and Westoott, present, and Councilman Rowland absent,) when the
following business was tranaoted:
W.G.Morris,living on South IOth St,,seked for an extension of the City Water Maine
and thought that the City would need to run about 380 feet of pips.Thia was refereed to
the Water Committee.
Y.2.Kipp appeared before the Council, asking for the allowance of his bill of $25. This
was referred to the Street Committee and Street Superintendent,
S.Bea Dunlap.aeked for City Warran$e for past due Bonds held by the American Bankers
T"mat Co of Denver, Colorado. No action was taken on this matter.
Zt was voted on motion of Mumford tOat.Bills as read be allowed excepting the one from
Caldwell Pblg.& meting Co. for $58.30 and that warrants be drawn on the various funds as
follows,

4th Ave. and Grant St. and Ist Ave. and Dearborn St.
Sidewalk Resolution #I,by Weatoott, entitled a Resolution requiring the oonstruo ion
of pertain sidewalks within the City of C &IdVmell.according to Plan 3 of Ordinanceft he
of eadi City, providing for the notice thereof to the owners of property abutting n on
said walk®, and providing for the }pWX construction of the some by the said City in case
said sidewalks are not constructed by said abutting property owners within thirty days
after said notice and publication of this resolutiongl and providing for the payment of
euph construction charges by an assessment levied and assessed against the property
fronting and abutting on said sidewalks, was read.

The Council met in regular session pursuant to adjournment with Mir Miller,pres
iding,: Councilmen, Kimbrough ' Mumford,Oakss, and Zest cott,present, and Hollman and Row
and absent.
It was moved by Mumford,asoonded by Oakes, that inasmuch as there hgd been no cash
payments in Sewer Dibt.#g, according to the written report of the City Clerk, that
an ordinance be prepared,authori zing the issuance of bonds to the amount of 023,695.

Absent: Hollman and Rowland. So the Mayor declared the Motion carried. The Clerk yb

Caldwell Tribune, the official newspaper of the City of Oa.ldwell.daho.
It was voted on motion of Oakes that W.A.MaGee be allowed to connect with Sewer
Diet.#i at the alley between Arthub and Mein STs. on IBth Ave. for the sumof l i20.
The Street Committee wag gitren power to act_ in the matter of opening up stree6
between Kimball and 9th on Irving St.
It was voted on motion of Kimbrough that the Mator appoint committee of invest
igstion for a light on the corner of IOth Ave, and Elgin St. The Mayor appointed
Mumford, -Bollman, and Kimbrough.
It was Noted on motion of Oakes that Kimbrough be gikan power to act 'on the matter
of trading Adding Machine.
