This was referred to the Street Committee and Street Superintendent, S.Bea Dunlap.aeked for City Warran$e for past due Bonds held by the American Bankers T"mat Co of Denver, Colorado. No action was taken on this matter. It was voted on motion of Mumford that lights be ordered placed on the corner a 4th Ave. and Grant St. and Ist Ave. and Dearborn St. Sidewalk Resolution #I,by Weatoott, entitled a Resolution requiring the oonstruo ion of pertain sidewalks within the City of C &IdVmell.according to Plan 3 of Ordinanceft he of eadi City, providing for the notice thereof to the owners of property abutting n on said walk®, and providing for the }pWX construction of the some by the said City in case said sidewalks are not constructed by said abutting property owners within thirty days after said notice and publication of this resolutiongl and providing for the payment of euph construction charges by an assessment levied and assessed against the property fronting and abutting on said sidewalks, was read.
