The Meeting was called to order by Mayor Winder.
The Roll of the City Council was called with the following members present:
Houchins, Evans, Earl, Busch, Langan, and Wells. Absent: none.

Pursuant to Idaho State Code, Section 67-2345, an Executive Session was called
by Mayor Winder for 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 5, 1997. The purpose
of this meeting was to discuss personnel issues.
After discussion, the Executive Session was adjourned at 9:30 a.m.
