COUNCIL CHAMBERS, OCTOBER, 27th., 1941, 8:00 P. V. The Council met on Call of the Mayor, with the Mayor, H. E. McCluakey, presiding On Roll Call the Following Councilmen answered present: Wilbur Dakan, F, E. Newman, Floyd Blunt, E.E.Frasher and C. 0. McDannel. Absent: Thurlow Bryant. The Mayor informed the Council the meeting was called to meet with Massaro Horse. fall and Edwards, W. P. A. representatives from Boise, A six year plan for W.P. A. Projects was throughly discussed and the Mayor inform ad these gentlemen that this matter would again be taken up in the dear future by the council. There being no further business to come before the Council it was moved by Dakan, seconded by Frahser that Council adjourn. Motion carried. Mayor �� City Clark. CO'TNCIL CHAMBERS, NOVEM57R, 5, 1941, 8:00 P.M. The Regular Monthly Prteeting of the City Council met in the Council Room of the City Hall, with the- M H. E. McCluskey, presiding. On Roll Call the following Councilmen answered present: Wilbuf+ Dakan, F.E. New- man, Floyd Blunt. Absent: Thurlow Bryant, E.E.Frasher and C. 0. McDannel. The Minutes of October 6th., were read and approved as read. Messers Caldwell, Elrod and narria,representing the Worker'a Alliancw,were presen and requested Signal Light at 4th., Street and the Railway Crossing. The Mayor informed these gentlemen that this matter would be taken up with the Union Pacific Railway. It was voted upon motion by Newman, seconded by Dakan that the Mayor be author - ised•and directed to certify to a copy of an'e4timeted'valuatiorr , o£ all City property to the Idaho Surveying & Rating Bureau, Boise, Idaho, as planned and fixed by M.D.R Agency and Mitchell - Groves Agency of Caldwell and submitted to the Council this date,totaling the Isim of $76,310,00 and that a copy of this appraisal be filed by the City Clerk. The Mayor appointed Dr, F. M. Cole on the Zoning Board. Moved by Blunt, seconded by Newman that this appointment be confirmed. Motion tied. Moved by Blunt, seconded by Newman that the City donate $50.00, towards the s Lighting. Motion carried. There being no further business to come before the Council it was moored by Dakan J , seconded by Blunt that Council adjourn to meet November 5th., 1947. at 11 o'clock A. M. (Motion c Mayor.
