M. r1 fi � The Regular Monthly meeting of the city council met in the Oounoil Room of the City Hall, with the Mayor, Fred L. Lilly, presiding. On Roll Call the following Councilmen answered present: M. S. Sandmeyer, A. 0. %eister, 0. E; Bales, E. L. Vassar, Joe Dickens and 0. M. Johnston. 0. L. Aire appeared and took up the matter of the difference of payment'of water rentals, some paying a minimum of $ 1.50 while others were paying $ 1.65. The matter was decided that all those out side the city limits whould pay a minimum of $ t.65. R. E. Wagner appeared and asked permission to clean up the city dump graounds, and made an offer to to clean up the grounds and keep them clean for $ 10.Q0 month. Moved by Bales and seconded by Vassar that the city of Caldwell socept the above offer and hire R. E. Wagner to care for the dump grounds. Motion carried. The Minutes of October 5th. and Oct. 13th. read and approved as read. Notion Carried. The Mayor appointed H. E. Felton as Night policeman. Moved by Vassar and seconded by Dickens that the. above appointment be approved. On Roll Oall, those voting in favor of the motion were: Sandmeyer, Keister, Bales, Dickens, Johnston and Vassar. Those voting in the negative' None. Absent and not voting, None. The appointment was, therefore, approved.
