Motion made by Dunlap seconded by Fouling that the City Council. extend to
Mr McCorkle a vote of thanks for the mangar in whioh.he had handled the Paving
work and that a copy of same be. sent to the Warren Construction Co.
-There being no further business Council adjourned.

Council met • in regular session with Mayor Ward presiding;
The following Counoilmen were present; Dunlap. Fouling, Hayman.
Moore an4 Sutton. Absent Weetoott.
Mr C E Looks appeased before the council protesting against the
manner in which the Street was being graded in frog of his place on Everett,
Street, matter was refarred to Road Committee to investigate.
The minutes of last mattings were read and on motion Sutton seconded
by Moore same were approved as read.
The following Bills against the City were presented and on motion

Hayman seconded by Fouling same were allowed with the exception of Bill of
F L I,00kwood which was reduced from $150.00 to $67.30 and the City Clerk was
instructed to issue warrants on the respective funds for same.

ORDINANCE No 34% entitled

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO 123 REGULATING SPEED OF TRAINS
ON RAILROADS IN THE CITY OF CALDWELL IDAHO. was read the first time Motion made.
by Hayman seconded by Button that the rules requiring the reading of an Ordinance
on three separate dates be suspended and the Ordinance be read the second time by
title and the third time in fall and placed on its final passage, on the roll being
called on the motion the vote was as follows;
Ayes Ddskaps Fouling Heyman Moore and Bunton. Absent Westoott.
The Clerk thereupon read the Ordinance the second time by title and the
third time in fall and the Mayor eanounoed that the Ordinance stood for final
passage and annpunced the question shall Ordinance pass? the vote was;
Ayes, Dunlap, Feuling Hayman, Moose and Sutton Absent Wastoott.
The Mayor announced that the Motion had oarried and the city clerk was
instructed to make proper entry and cause same to be published in the Caldwell
News the official paper of the City of Caldwell.
Motiom,made by Dunlap and seconded by Fealigf that the Street Committee
secure estimates on the amount of Lumbre to be used and get competitive bids, for same.
On motion Fouling Council adjourned.
