The Oouncil met in regular session pursuant to adjournment with Maypr Miller. presiding
Councils►® n,Bollman,Kimbrougb, Muml and Oakee,present, and Counoilamen Rowland dad
Westoott absent.
It �sz moved by Bollman, seconded by oakes,� that we approve the 'Bond of Morrison.
Knudsen Fo. and that we approve the contract of Morrison - Knudsen and that the kk ayor
and CtIW Clerk sign the Contract for Sewer DiatrictJ9. The roll being called on the
same tha result was as follows: _
Ayes: �ollman,' Kimbrough, Mumford, and Oakes.
Nayes:. Bone
Absent,: Howland and Westoott. So the 14 ayor deolared the motion carried.

Knudsen .Co.
Bill io.IO,iby Westoott, was read for the first time; entitled " An Ordinance of the
City of .Caldwell, Idaho, regulating the sale and care of dairy products sold and disposed
of within the limits of the said City of w sldwell :deeoribing the manner in which dairies
shall'be pperated; providing for the testing of dairy products and the examination of all
cows fox Tuberculosis; granting unto the Mayor of the said Ciyt od Caldwell jurisdiction
of all plsoeswithin five(b) miles of the corporate limits of the said City; and for the
enforcement of any health or Quarantine ordinance and regulation thereof; providing for a
penalty .for the vioaltion of any of the terms and conditions of this - a ' rdinanoe and reipeal
lug all .ordinances of the City of O aldwell, Idaho, whoee terms and conitions are in oon
Cliot with the terms and conditions of the ordinanoe.
It was voted on motion of Oakes that we adjourn*

The council met in regular session with "ayor Miller, presiding,€ Counoilmen, Bollman,
Kimbrough,!Mumford, Oakes, and Westoott, present, and Councilman Howland absent,' whes the
following business was tranacted:
W.C.Morrie,living on South IOth St „asked for an extension of the City *star Maine
and thought that the City would need to run about 380 foot of pipe.This was refereed to
the Water Committee.
S.F.Kipp appeared before the Council, asking for the allowance of his bill of $25. This
was referred to the Street Committee an& Street Superintendent.
S.Bea Dualap.asked for City Warrant's for past due Bonds held by She American Bankers
rot of Denver, Colorado, So action was taken,on this m®tter.
y °I.t was voted on motion of Mumfopd plat,Bills as read be allowed excepting the one from
0aldwell Pblg.& heating Co. for $68.30 and that warrants be drawn on the various funds as
follows:
