The Special Meeting was called to order by Mayor Nancolas. This meeting was held at Caldwell City Hall in the
Mayor's Office.
The Roll of the City Council was called with the following members present: Hopper, Dakan, Wells, and Oates.
Absent:Blacker.
CONSENT CALENDAR:
(APPROVE RESOLUTION NO. 137-05 AUTHORIZING EXECIITION OF THE COLLECTIVE LABOR
AGREEMENT WITH CALDWELL FIRE FIGHTERS I.A.F.F. LOCAL 1821 WITH AN EFFECTIVE DATE
OF OCTOBER 1,2005 THROUGH SEPTEMBER 30,2007)
The Mayor read Resolution No. 137-05 by title only:
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE THE COLLECTIVE LABOR
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF CALDWELL AND THE CALDWELL FIRE FIGHTERS I.A.F.F.
LOCAL#1821.
MOVED by Hopper, SECONDED by Oates to sponsor Resolution No. 137-05.
