The preference of the Council was that the establishment would be closed for thirty days from the date that the papers were served, but recognizing that they have beer closed since the incident that brought about this action, they are willing to accept thirty days from the 20th of October, 198= Council Meeting. In addition to this stipulation, they will insist that there be a change in management and someone would be on duty at all times to take prompt action in the event of violence and with the obligation to call the Police should this occur and offer all the cooperation possible to the Police in persuance of their duties. In addition, there will be two employees in the bar at all ti.me and a Security Guard or "Bouncer" will be hired who has receivec clearance from the Police Chief to fill that position and he will be on duty during whatever hours stipulated by the Police Chief. In addition, the Council requested that you contact the Liquor Law Enforcement Authorities in Boise and ask their assistance in "backing" Council action.
