"Resolution" Whereas, it has been made. to appear to the Mayor and City Council of the City of Cal that it is necessary and desirable that the Oregon Short Line RailroadCompany be permitted to construct a switch railroad track across Paynter Avenue, at a point feet South from the South line of Avon Avenue, for the puruose of aoeomodating shippers and patr of the sAid Railroad and Business men of the City of oaldwell, Now,Therefore, be it resolved by the Mayor and Council of the City of Qaldwell, Cent' County State of Idaho, that the Oregon Short Line Railroad Company, bs, and It is hereby authorized and permitted to construct a switch railroad track over and across Paynter Avenn at a point feet South from the South line of Avon Avenue, in the Vity of.Caldw ny County of Caon, s e of Idahi, upon the condition that the said Oregon Short Ling Railra Company will construct and maintain at all times a proper and smitable crossing over and so: said railroad track on said Paynter Avenue.
