and Mrs E H Boutherland for $21.00 were, read and on motion Dunlap
ssoogded by Westoott same were allowed.and Oler instructed to issue
warrants for same/
No further business was transacted and Council adjourned
to meet Wednesday Oto 13, 1920.

Council met in regular session as per adjournment with Councilman
Hayman presiding; The follwsing Councilmen were present; Dunlap Fouling
Hayman Moore and Westoott. Absent Sutton.
Warrants favor Warren Construction Cof for $2365.71
for Paving intersections Pav Die 4. for $W2.45 Balance Due on Pay.
Die No 4 and 4162.00 being 6$ on.Warrants issued Pav Die 4 account
W arren Const. Co having purchased Said D10 Bonds at Par were presented
and on motion Fouling seconded by Westoott same were ordered paid and
City Oler instruoted to issue Warrants for same.
ORDINANCE NO 347 entitled
AN ORDINANCEAUTHORIZING AND PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE OF
BONDS OF LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO 3 OF THE CITY OF CALDMM. IDAHO
AND PROVIDING FOR THE FORM AND DETAILS OF SUCH BONDS.
was read the first time. motion was made by Dunlap and seconded by Moore
that the rules sequiring the reading of an Ordinance on three separate
Bates be suspended and.the Ordinsnoa No 347 be read t]fe second time by
title and the third time in full and placed on its final passage, on the
roll being called on.the motion the vote was, Ayes Dunlap, Fouling,
Hayman Moore# and Westoott. Absent Sutton The Mayor announced that the motion b
carried. The Clerk was then instructed to read the Ordinance the second time ti
and the third time in full. The olerk thereupon read the Ordinance the second t
by title and the third time snd.the Mayor announced that the Ordinance stood fo
final passage and announced the question shall Ordinance No 347 pass? On the
roll being called the votewae; Ayes Dunlap, Fouling, Moore and Westoott

proper ebtry and cause some to be published in the Caldwell News the official
paper of the City of Caldwell, Idaho.

Motion made by Dunlap seconded by Fouling that the City Council. extend to
Mr McCorkle a vote of thenke for the manner in which he had handled the Paving
work and that a copy of same be sent to the Warren Construction Co.
There being no further business Council adjourned.

The following Councilmen were present; Dunlap. Feeling, Hsyman.
Moore sad Sutton. Abeent Westaott.
Mr C E Look@ appeased before the Council protecting against the
manner in which the Street was being graded in frog$ of his plaoa on Everett,
Street, matter was referred to Road Committee to investigate.
The minutes of last mettings were read and on motion Sutton seconded
by Moore acme were approved as read.
The following Bills against the City were presented and on motion
Heyman eeoonded by Fouling same mere allowed with the exception of Bill of
F L Lockwood which was reduced from $160.00 to $67.30 and the City Clerk was
instructed to issue earrents on the respective funds for enme.
