moved the adoption of the follo resolutim, which ticrefore was presented in writing
and read to the meeting: RESOLUTION NUMBER 7.

contract, with the Idaho Power Company, which provides for on incandescent street lighting
system in this municipality ?or a period extending up to and until Septeraber 1, 1945; and,

body, and it is believed thc:t it is fer the best intarosts of this municipality that such

The Mayor of t.tis City is h-:reby uthorized Lind directed, in his
Official capacitj, to erecnte said contract in duplicate, an'. tine Clerk of this Cit7 is
authorized and directed to affix the corporate seal of this auuicipality be each of said
duplicates of said contrmet, - id to attest the s_me anti to certify to such duplicates as
the contract authorized by t:is resolution ..ad when s.id contract has been thus executed,
and has also been properly executed by the Idaho Po Company, the Clerk of this City is
hersby directed to deliier one of srid du_rlicutes to the Idaho Power Company, and to re—
tain the ot her as a part of the recotQs of ltis office."

adoption of such resolution was thereupon called for and t..ken, with the following result.
Yeas: Oakes, Boynton, Bales and Fenrich. llayz; none, absent end not voting, Hollin swort
and MontGomery.
More that a majority of the vLole nuuabor of viembc °s elected to the Council having
voted yea the T.ayor declared the motion carried, and the resolution adopted.
There being, no further business to come before the r_'oeting, it 'sari, on motion
