Laura Phtton,Chae.0ibson, Mask ahorb and others protested against the creation of
Sewer Lateral District So.11. A motion was made by Oakes, ssoonded by Westoott, that the
Council drop ths'Prooeedinge of Sewer Lateral No.1l.Tho roil being call ad on the sane

Whereas, the assessment roll gf LOGai'3swerago Improvement DisUlet'Ho.1.0, has been
made by the Sewer Oo®ittee of the City Oouneil and the City Engineer, and °was filed in the
offios of the City Clerk of the City of Caldwell, County of Canyon, State of Idsho,on the
^ 7th day of September,19EE, and is now on file in said office, an4
Wheresa,'the 9th day of October, 1982nat eight o'clock P.M. in the City 4"62l of said
Oity,Ocanty,end State, was fixed by the Council. as the time and place of hearing, and

wonsider{ing objections to said assessments as made and shown on said assessment roll,

and considering the one having arrived, old the said assessment roll having been fully and
duly considered by the Maya; and Ocuncil of the City of Caldwell, and having book found
regular, valid, correct, fair, and just, and in camplianoe with the laws of the State of Idaho,
and tbo ordinances of the City of Caldwell in all parfloulsrG.
How, Tberforei, be it reaolved by the Mayor and Coancil of the City of Caldwell, that the
said assessment roil of said Local Sewerage Improvement District Ho.10, in the City of
®aldwell,Cocnty of Oanyon,State of Idaho, be, and the same is hereby approved and confirmed

Be it farther resolved that the said assessment roll be placed in the hands of'the City
Treasurer for collection, and that due and legal notice of the time,plaoe, and manner of
making cash payments of the eagegsments oontsinod in said assessment roll, be given in the
manner provided by law, and of the ordinances of the City of Calieell °

adopted and the Treasurer be instructed to give noties of time to make Gash psymenta.
Simbrough repoflted that Seo.Williams had given so an estimate of the City gall's value
of 03$,000.00

It was voted on motion of Oakes, seeonded by Rimbroagh, that the City Engineer be
instructed to have Warren Constraotion Co. repair all defeotive,gaits of Paving•
it vas voted on motion of Bellman, eeconded by Oskes,.that the bills of 0.E.3ilbaugh Co.
be showed amounting to $2380 on the Road and $200 in Sewer Dist.,No.9.The Numbers being
137 On the road and 83 on Sewer District No.9.
