Upon motion by Burrell, seconded by ;laisyer the following Resolution was proposed:
l5'HFFEAS, The 80th Congress of the United States passed Public Law No. 796, which law provides for ,
the transfer of ownership of certain Federal Housing Projects from the Federal Government to Educational
"Institutions, and

?!'113' -_SAS, The Cleveland Heights Fousing Project, Project No. HA(V- 10132)mph -2, is a Nderal Housing l
Project coming vp thin the provisions of said Public Law 796, and I,
!tW T'AS, The College of Idaho desires to secure ownership of said Project No. HA(V- 10132)mph -2 in
accordmmce with Public law above, and
WHEREAS, As a prerequisite for such a transfer from the Federal Government to Educational Institutions
it is necessary to obtain a waiver from the municipal corporation in which said housing project is located
of the removal requirements of Section 313 of Public Law 849 of the 76th Congress as amended, under which
out'ority said housing project was erected.
NOV! THF.R'@oRE BE IT RESOLVED By the Acting VAyer and Council of the City of Caldwell, Idaho, that
t City of Caldwell with respect to Project No. RA(V 10132 }.mph - 2 waives the removal requirements of Section '
313 of Public Law 849 of the 76th Congress as amended in so far as such waiver is required by the Federal
Government in the transfer of the o7mership of said Project No. HA(V- 10132)mph -2 from the Federal Government
