The following Councilman were present; Dunlap, Fouling, Moore, Button amd Weatoott. Absent Hayman. The City Engineer presented the Assessment Rolle for Paving Districts No 2 and No 4. Motion was made by By Danbap and seconded by Fouling that same be accepted and planed on file and the City Clerk instructed tcoause notice of same to be published -in the Caldwell News the official paper of the City. I _ Motion made by Dunlap seconded by Westoott that the item of X637.37 presented by the Warren Construction Co for extra work filling in wet spots in Paving Districts 2 and and 4 boX disallowed, the vote was as follows; Ayes Dunlap, Fouling and Moore. Nayas.Westoott. not voting Button. the Mayor announced that the motion had carried. Motion made by Westoott sebonded by Sutton that the bills of Warren Construction Cc be held over till neat meeting carried. City Engineer Lockwood asked the Council to consider his resignation and on motion Westoott esoonded by Dunlap same was accepted. Ayes Dunlap, Feeling Moore and Westoott. absent Hayman and Sutton.
