Council Chambers Caldwell Idaho Dot 8, 1920.
Council me$ in regular session pursuant to adjournment with Mayor Wand
presiding. The following Councilman were present; Dunlap, Fouling, Moore,
Button amd Weatoott. Absent Hayman.
The City Engineer presented the Assessment Rolle for Paving Districts
No 2 and No 4.
Motion was made by By Danbap and seconded by Fouling that same be accepted
and planed on file and the City Clerk instructed tcoause notice of same to be
published -in the Caldwell News the official paper of the City.

Motion made by Dunlap seconded by Westoott that the item of X637.37
presented by the Warren Construction Co for extra work filling in wet spots
in Paving Districts 2 and and 4 boX disallowed, the vote was as follows;
Ayes Dunlap, Fouling and Moore. Nayas.Westoott. not voting Button. the Mayor
announced that the motion had carried.
Motion made by Westoott sebonded by Sutton that the bills of Warren
Construction Cc be held over till neat meeting carried.
City Engineer Lockwood asked the Council to consider his resignation
and on motion Westoott esoonded by Dunlap same was accepted.
Ayes Dunlap, Feeling Moore and Westoott. absent Hayman and Sutton.
Motion made by Westoott esoonded by Dunlap that Counoil adjourn to
Monday pot 11, 1920 at 8 o'clock

Council met in regular Session ae.per adjournment with Councilman
Hayman.preaiding; The follwwing.Counoilmen were ,present; Dunlap Fouling
Hayman Moore and Westoott. Absent Sutton.
Warrants favor Warren Construction Cof for $2366.71
for Paving intersections Pav Die 4. for $6402.46 Balance Due on Pay.
Die No 4 and $162.00 being 6% on.Warrants issued Pav Die 4 account
W arren Const. Co having purchased Said Die* Bonds at Par were presented
and on motion Fouling seconded by Westoott same were ordered paid and
City Cler inetrnoted to issue Warrants for same.
ORDINANCE NO 347 entitled
AN ORDINANCEAUTHORIZING AND PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANOE OF
BONDS OF LOCAL IMPROVE1=T DISTRICT NO 3 OF THE CITY OF CALDWELL. IDAHO
AND PROVIDING FOR THE FORM AND DETAILS OF SUCH BONDS.
was read the first time. motion was made by Dunlap and seconded by Moore
that the rules wequiring the reading of an Oddinance on three separate
dates be suspended and the Ordinanoe.No 7447 be read tWID second time by
title and the third time in 4ull.and placed on-its final passage, on the
roll being.callo d on.the motion the vote was, Ayes Dunlap, Fouling,
Hayman Moore# and Westoott. Absent Sutton The Mayor announced that the motion
carried. The Clerk was then instructed to read the Ordinance the second time
and the third time in full. The olerk thereupon read the Ordinance the second
by title and the third time and.the Mayor announced that.the Ordinance stood
final passage and announced the question shall Ordinance No 347 pass? On the
roll being called the votewas; Ayes Dunlap, Fouling, Moore and Westoott
Hayman. absent Sutton. The Mayor announoed.that the motion had carried by
