The Regular ronthly Meeting of the City Council met in the Council Room of the
City Hall, with the Mayor Edgar L. Oakes, presiding.
On Roll Call the following Councilman answered present: W.E.Babcock, C. 0. Ye-
Dannel, Oscar Stengel, G. rn, Fenrich, and M.S.Sandmeyar. Absent: W.B. Hnndford,
Minutes of September 2nd., 4th., and 19th., were read and approved as read.
The Hills for September were read and on motion by Babcock, seconded by Stengel
that these =ills ':;e allowed and Warrants be otIdered drawn for the various amor.ints all of
which had been approved by the Chairman of the Finance Committee. Motion carried.

Moved by Fenrich, seconded by pgcpannel that the City Engineer be authorized to
make application for a goverment project at the Air -port.
The Mayor appointed the City Engineer, Citg Attorney and Oscar Stengel as a
Committee to check on the house numbers and street names in Caldwell and report back to th

Thereupon the following Resolution was presented to the Mayor and Council by
`Councilman vabc who moved ttie adoption thereof, which motion was duly seconded by
;Councilman Stengel.

f through property owned by Walter Griffith and Lewis Griffith as described by the Idaho
p State Department of Public Works,

I NOVtT, Tv.RFTO °X, LE IT RESOLVED that the City Clerk be authorized and directed
to write Walter Griffith and make an offer of 1100 for right of way through his property
and to write Lewis Griffith and make an offer of 1500 for right of way through his pro-
party.
A Yea and pray vote was had thereon with the following result;
Yea; Babcock, p,gcDannel, Stengel, Fenrich and Sandmeyer.
Nay; Handford.
Absent and not voting; Handford.
Thereupon the Ilayor declared the motion carried and the R duly adopted,

I. P, haters, and S.F.Bow, the fee accompanying each application.
Moved by YcDannel, seconded by Fenrich that these licenses be granted, motion
carried.
There being no further business to come b efors the Council, it was moved by P,ab-
