Dear Sir:
You will please call a special meeting of the City
Counoil of the City of Caldwell, Idaho, to convene in
the regular council room at the City Hall on the evening
of Monday, October 21st., 1918, promptly at eight
o'clock for the purpose of ordering any changes deemed
necessary in the highway on the South City limits line at
and near the place where the said highway crosses the
right of way of the Oregon Short Line Rail Road Company.

The minutes of the meetings held October 7th., and 21st., 1918, respectively,
were read and upon motion of Councilman Sanberg approved.
