COTTNCIL CHAMBERS NOVEMBER 1st, 1943, The Regular Monthly Prtoeting of the City Council met in the Council Rooms of the City Hall with the Mayor, Thurlow Bryant presiding. On Roll Cali the following Councilmen answered present; J. Randall Sloop, F. E. Newman, Pate Clasen 0. L. Thornock and E. E. Fresher. Absent; John Finak. The Vinutes of October 4th., were read and approved as read. The Mayor stated that after investigating Police Radio It was decided that the City pay one -third of the cost of installation and wiring. The Bills for October were read and on motion by Sloop, seconded by Clasen that these Bills be allowed and warrants be drawn.for the various amounts all of which had been approved by the Chairman of the Finance Committee.
