Oounoil met in regular session with Mayor Ward presiding; the following Councilmen being present; Dunlap, Fouling. Hayman, Moore, Sutton and Westoott. Minutes of last regular meetings read and on motion Moore seoonded by Fouling some were approved ae read. Mr Robb appeared before the Council relative to the establishment of a Municipal Garbage Wagon but nog action was taken at this time. On motion Dunlap seconded by Westoott the Chief of Police was instructed i to have lights placed in the alleys where needed. The following Bills against the City were presented and on motion Batton seconded by Fouling same were allowed and City Clerk instructed to iesne warrants on the respective fact for same. The bills of thw Warren J Construction Co and others for Paving to go over to a later meeting. GENERAL FUND. Council mejs in regular session pursuant to adjournment with Mayor Wand presiding. The following Councilman were present; Dunlap, Reuling, Moore, Sutton amd Westoott. Absent Heyman. The Oity Engineer presented the Assessment Rollo for Paving Districts No 2 and No 4. Motion was made by By Dunjiap and seoonded by Fouling that same be accepted and placed on file and the City Clerk instructed tooause notice of same to be published -in the Caldwell News the official paper of the City. Motion made by Dnn7.a1) seconded by Westoott that the item of 0637.37 presented by the Warren Conetrnotion Co for extra work filling in wet spots in Paving Districts 2 and and 4 beX disallowed, the vote was as follows; 1 'i Ayes Dunlap, Fouling and Moore. Reyes Wastoott. not voting Sutton. the Mayor announced that the motion bad carried. i Motion made by Westoott seconded by Sutton that the bills of Warren Construction Cc be hold over till neat meeting onrried. City Engineer Lockwood asked the Council to consider his resignation and on motion Westoott seconded by Dunlap same was accepted. Ayes Dunlap, Fouling Moore and Westoott. absent Heyman and Sutton.
