COUNCIL OHAMBERS,OCT.3RD,1922.
The Council met in regular session with Mayor Miller. presiding, and Councilmen, Boll
Simbrough, Mumford, Oakes, Rowland, an3 Westoott present.
Mrs.Henry J.Thompson, rodeo owns lots 15..24 Inclusive in Bloek 39 Dnubar Addition to Oa
asked for the fixing of the alley back of her place, as well as the Street in front, so tha
Waste water from her place would 3rain. It was voted on motion of Oakes, seconded by,pollma
Rowland and wee toott investigate and report back to the Council.
It was voted on motion of Mnmford, seconded by Oakes, that Westoott, Dollman, and the Ci
be given power to fix Crossings, Streets and Intersections on Arthur Street and 7th Ave,.
It was voted on motion of Westoott, 2eoonded by Rowland, that gimbrough be given power
let the Bart•ank Federation have the Rest Room for the purpose of an Exchange.
It was voted on motion of Oakes, eavonded by Rowland; that Simbrough be given power to
the City Nall and hire a'competent man to estimate the .north of the same.
It was voted on motion of Kimbrough, seconded by Boll -an, that the Bills as O.X0ed and
be allowed and warrants ordered drawn on the various funds as follows:
