On Roll Call the following Councilmen answered present: J..Randall Sloop, Pete
Olesen, F. E. Newman R. H. McNeill, 0. L. Thornock and E. E. Fraaher.
The Mayor informed the Council the meeting was called to discuss airport at
and discussing the terms and d etaiis of contract.
An informal discussion was had but ho definite action was - taken.
There being no further business to come before the Council it was moved by
Councilman Sloops econded by Councilman Newman that Council adjourn. Motion carri4d.

The Regular Monthly Meeting of the City Council met in the Council Rooms of the
City Rall, with the President of :the.Cotxncil, E.'E:,Frasher presiding.
On Roll Call the following Councilmen answered present: Pete Clasen, R. H. Mc-
Neill, -0. L. 'i'hornock, and E. E. Fraaher. Absent: Mayor Thurlow Bryant and Councilmen
J. Randall Sloop and F. E. Newman.
The Minutes of September 5th and 27th were read and approved saiead.
Notice of Publication of Ordinance No 634 was reed by the Clerk.
Application for Pool Hell License was read from I. R. Waters, the fee accompany-
ing the application.
Application for Card License was readfrom the Rummy House , the fee accompanying
application.
Moved by McNeill, seconded by Olesen that these licenses be granted. ,Motion
carried.
The Bills for September were read and on motion by Clasen, seconded by McNeill
that these Bills be allowed and Warrants be ordered drawn for the various amounts all of
which had been approved by the Chairman of the Finance Committee. Motion carried.
