The Mayor directed the Clerk to call the roll on t motion with the following result- Those voting in the affirmative were; Bn -cock, TTcD_nn Hnndford, Fenrieh and Sendmeyer. Negative! None, Absent and not voting; stengrel. The Mayor declared the motion had passed by the necessary threefourths majority and di- rected-the Clerk to read Bill Sao. 4, the second time by title and the third time in full, section by section, The Clerk read the Bill as directed. The question then being - "Shall ; Bill No 4, pass? The Mayor directed the Clerk to call the roll on the above cuestion whic resulted as follows. Thoso voting in the affirmative were; Babcock, McDannel, Fandford, Fenrieh and SE-dmeyer. Fegative; Wone. Absent and not voting; Stengel.
