It was voted on motion of Mumford, seo- onded by K mbrough, that the Cou oil ajourn to meet October End, 1925 at 1,30 P.M. and ask H.W. Resolutiol No. 8, by Kimbrough, wage presented as follows: A RESO10 IOR REQUESTING THE STATE HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT OF THE STATE OF IDAHO TO C ALL FOR BIDS ON TWO S OF PAVEMENT FOR CONSTRUOTION FOR THE CALDWELL F'ECTION OF THE CALD T, -NAMPA HIGHWAY. That the dtate Highway Department of the s tate of Idaho, be and they are hereby requested to call for bide on both Portland Cement Concrete and Bituminous Concrete types of pavement ;fdr oonatraution on that portion of the Caldwell- Rampa highway known as the Caldwell Section..A notion was made by Kimbrough, seconded by Munford, and the roll called on the same with the folJowi ag result= that the ab ova resolution be adopted: AYES -SIKH GH, MUM&'ORD, AND MCCONNEL, NAYES,: Ox. ABSENT: COILEY AND WHEELER. So the Mayor deoalred the motion had carried and the Resolution adopted. It -we a Doted on motion of Mumford, seconded by MoConnel, that the Council adjourn.
