Thereupon Councilman Hinds, introduced Bill No 4, Proposed Ordinance Number 554,

A Special ?Meeting of the City Council met in the Council Room with the Mayor,
71. -8. HollinLsworth, presiding,.
On Roll Call the following Councilmen answered present; Edgar L. Oakes, F. D.
Mumford, W. E. Babcock, G. N. Fenrich and Horvil T. Hinds. Absent: W.S.Boynton.
Fire Chief, Doyle Fender appeared before the Council and gave a very Interest-
ing talk on his trip to the Pacific Coast Association of Fire Chiefs Wiich met at Selt Lake
City.
This being the time set for the second reading of Sill No 4, Proposed Ordinance
Number 554, it was moved by Fenrich, seconded b., "Inds that the Rules requirinE the read-
ing of an Ordinance on three separate days be suspended and that Proposed Ordinance Number
554, be read the second tine b; title and the third time in full, section b section, and
placed on its final passaCe. The Mayor directed the Clerk tocall t' .e "all on the motion
with the following. results: Those voting in favor of the motion w ere; Oakes, Mumford,
Fenrich, Babcock and Hinds. Those opposed: None. Absent and not voting: T7. S. Boynton.
The Mayor thendeclared the motion had carried by t1,n necessary three - fourths me4ority and
directed the Clerk to read the Proposed Ordinance the second time by title and the third
time in full, section by section. The Clerk rend the Proposed Ordinance as'diz�ected. The
question thenLeing "Shall the Proposed Ordinance No. 554'pass ". The ?Mayor directed the
Clerk to call the Roll w ith the following result: Those voting In--favor were; Oakes,
Mumford, Fenrich, Babcock and Hinds. Those opposed: None. Absent and not voting: Boynton
Thereupon the ?.layer declared that the Proposed Ordinance No 554, had passed, and the the
Mayor in open session of the Council duly signed and approved the Ordinance, and the Clerk
duly signed and attested the same, w'�Ich became Ordinance No. 554.
The Mayor then directed the Clerk to make proper entry of the same and to cause
Ordiance No 554, to to printed in the Caldwell Nevis- Tribune, the officlal newspaper of the
City of Caldwell, Ida ^o.

Thereupon the following Resolution was presented to the Msyor and Council by
Councilma n Oakes, who moved t'-:e adoption thereof which motion..v.s duly seconded by
Councilman Fenrich.

of Lot one (1) of Block Seven (7) 77shington Heights Addition, according to the plat
thereof, now on file in the offices of the Recorder of Caryon County, Idaho.

of the City of Caldwell, be and he is hereby aut'norized and directed to charse the same

A Yea and Ilay vote was hrd thereon with the following result; Oakes, ^enrich,

Thereupon the Unyor declsred the notion carried and the R duly adopted.
